A rollercoaster of pros and cons
The staff were exceptional, providing warm hospitality and attentive service. The breakfast was enjoyable, featuring a varied selection to start the day off right.
Room connectivity was poor, making it frustrating for work. Additionally, there were significant wait times due to just one functional elevator.

The hotel had a convenient location, modern decor, a spacious room, and a stunning Eiffel Tower view from our window. We felt truly special when they surprised us with champagne and macaroons to celebrate our anniversary.
Felt like it was our own home, no complaints.

would want to stay there again
The location is super convenient, just steps from the Arc de Triomphe and close to metro stations. The Stand'R room was spacious with a comfortable bed, nice balcony, and a private bathroom. Breakfast had a good variety with fresh juices and baked goods. Free toiletries and gym access were a plus, too.

great location but breakfast can be crowded
The location is unbeatable, just 300 meters from a major landmark. The room was spacious, offering a lovely garden view that enhanced our stay. Staff were warm and attentive, ensuring that our requests for extra towels and water were promptly fulfilled.
Breakfast times felt overly busy, making it hard to find a table occasionally.

Dine like a true Parisian! I fell in love with the local veggie scene and the exquisite breakfast spread at the hotel—a culinary treasure! Plus, they really made our kid’s day with a sweet birthday surprise. The location couldn't be better, just a hop away from iconic spots.
Oh la la, the vibe has faded! After multiple visits, I noticed a worn-out lobby and only one elevator working—tough when you’re lugging luggage! The room had that 'I need a makeover' smell, not quite what you'd expect in a five-star.

Recommend it for families looking to enjoy Paris
The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, especially when they surprised us with breakfast vouchers even though the hotel didn’t have a lounge. Also, the room had a nice balcony with a view that made my wife and kids smile every morning.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you know what, it was acceptable for the value we received.

Comfortable Stay with Great Location
I enjoyed a single night in a Prestige Balcony room with a lovely garden view. The breakfast was particularly delightful, featuring fresh pastries and a variety of local options. However, the busy lobby did get a bit noisy at times. Consider visiting during off-peak hours to enjoy a quieter experience.
